I purchased a 2017 Kia forte Dec 2nd. Was in the service center for work on a plug/coil issues from Dec 14th - Jan 25th. Jan 25th have zero heat in the car in Minnesota. Howard was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He was upfront and honest about a six month possible wait for a new Telluride.
