This is a no-service service department I purchased a new 2015 Kia Optima in July of 2015. The car itself is pretty amazing. The issue I have is with the front end and the service department I purchased a new 2015 Kia Optima in July of 2015. The car itself is pretty amazing. The issue I have is with the front end and the service department. By the time I had 1700 miles on the car, the front tires were showing quite a bit of wear. I brought it in and was told I am driving too aggressively, there is nothing wrong with the car. At 3300 miles, the tires were now so worn they were illegal to drive on. Again, I brought it in to Lupient KIA and they told me there was nothing wrong with the car, that it is my fault. The so called inspection for the front end issue consisted of checking the alignment. There was no road test or anything else done to see why the front end pulls to the left, even when in alignment, or why the steering wheel feels like it is resisting the driver from driving the car. I then brought it to another dealer and 3 independent shops. No one can find anything to cause the excessive wear, but they refused to say it was my fault. All of them said there is a problem, they just can't find it. I went to a tire shop to purchase new tires, since Lupient KIA would do nothing for me, but fill out a tire form, and they were completely dumbfounded at a business that would blame the customer first. They too believe that there is an issue with the car, not the driver. The next issue I had was the front pads wore out in 4700 miles. When I brought it in to have it inspected, Lupient again blamed me instead of truly looking for a problem with the car. This so called inspection consisted of the mechanic taking the tires off the car and looking at the pads while still on the car. They did not take anything off and check any of the individual parts for an issue. They then wanted almost $400 to replace the front pads and turn the rotors. I did them myself. I will never buy another car from this dealer and will probably never buy another Kia due to the lack of customer service, failure to accept responsibility for a car that obviously has an issue, and the apparent policy of blaming the customer when the mechanics don't have the training to diagnose a problem. More

Not only were all the various associates at each rung friendly, but they were also patient in helping her to not only decide on which car would be best suited for her needs but they also work with great vigor and effort to help secure her the financing she needed all the while staying within our quoted price range. The only thing I really docked them for was how long they had us sitting around (I think when all was said and done we were at the dealership for 2.5 hours or so) but I'm willing to attribute this to negotiations as well as them being busy with other customers. More

Alex Eddy sold me the car, more than the car selling itself, although I got a beautiful vehichle for a great price. Had been to only 1 dealer, and drove 1 car at Maplewood Lexus who would not drop their overpriced vehichle 1 penny. Plus they only said negative things about my car...that's a deal-breaker for me. My suv was very well taken care of and Lupient rewarded me fot that on the trade in. Lupient financial was quick and absolutely no pressure when I changed my mind on the extended warranty. Alex Eddy made me feel comfortable and didn't pressure me or bring in the big guns to bop me upside the head. More
Bought a new Kia Soul 2016 I worked with Aminah to find a new car. I had gone in there with two in mind of what I wanted but when I told her my must haves and wants she recommen I worked with Aminah to find a new car. I had gone in there with two in mind of what I wanted but when I told her my must haves and wants she recommended the Soul right away and said she had the perfect car. I was on a mission so really be thurough and rule things out so she had a lot of patience and showed me the other cars first and at the end said "let me show you this one" told me about it and she was right. Had EVERYTHING I wanted and was perfect. Plus was able to stay in budget. I got a great deal, everything I wanted and am super happy with my Kia! The Soul is surprisingly roomy, handled great in the snow, easy it get my large dog into and when I'm ready to start a family it has awesome safety rating. I highly recommend working with Aminah and checking out the Soul! More
