Quoting different prices for same service I was told that in order to have my car back up and running I needed to replace a part costing almost $500. I was given the quote by one of their ser I was told that in order to have my car back up and running I needed to replace a part costing almost $500. I was given the quote by one of their service representative. The representative was not at work the next day and even with his notes, another representative couldn't figure out how the other representative calculated the quote. He suggested I wait for the other represenative to come to work. When I discussed the issue with the service manager "Craig" he admitted their were different prices for each customer for the same work on the same type of car. The worst part about it, I was able to drive the car away from the shop without the suggested repair that they couldn't figure out how the first representative calculated the quote without him and even with his paperwork. BEST SALES EXPERIENCE EVER I came in to find my wife a vehicle Seth took his time and knew exactly what we were looking for. Optima Lease My wife pre called many dealerships to do some research. She immediately noticed Brian was one of the few who actually were present to talk to and gav My wife pre called many dealerships to do some research. She immediately noticed Brian was one of the few who actually were present to talk to and gave her the correct info. When we arrived Brian and his team greeted the whole family and made sure everyone was comfortable. He was very personable as well as thorough and explained everything in detail when we asked. He also never pressured us which Ultimately led is to leasing our new Optima! Overall the atmosphere was great and the whole family would recommend this place. More
