Unbelievable Customer Service I began working with Lupient Kia in 2000, when I moved here from Michigan. I owned a 1995 Sportage which I had purchased used elsewhere. At that time I met a service guy by the name of Shane Nohr. Because of the outstanding service I received, I have since owned a 2006 Optima, a 2012 Sportage and helped my daughter purchase a 2016 Rio. Through all of these cars Shane has been my go to for any service I need. That's 19 years of great customer service and he has been my reason for being such an advocate for KIA. Dan Rudolph has always been my second go to if Shane is unavailable and he has never let me down. Recently I had the pleasure of also dealing with the parts manager, Marty Vanreese, and once again his service exceeded my expectations. I sure hope that these three guys continue in their positions at Lupient because they are the reason I keep coming back there. More
