He was extremely knowledgeable about the service required and very patient with me as I checked with my husband to approve the $743 cost. I'm sure he called me at least five times with updates on the work just to make sure the truck was finished in time for my son to go to work that afternoon. Some people enjoy spending an entire day at the dealer haggling, but it's not for me which again is why I was thrilled to visit a dealer that offers every buyer their best price and then the buyer can decide to take it or leave it without wasting a bunch of time haggling. That is a first in itself for me, because I have been to hundreds of dealerships in my life span. She is why I drove 48 miles to buy a vehicle.
