After working with a neighborhood dealer, we took their final offer to Lupient Buick GMC and worked with Tom Thacker, a no nonsense salesman. Tom,and the team at Lupient had us a better deal in minutes with no games. If I had my own car dealership I would want Tom Thacker to work for me, infact I would put him in charge of training all new salespersons. When my family and I are ready for a new or used car in the future we would definitely go back to Lupient and only work with Tom. More

Experience I want no one to go through Rusty & Carl were great. Communication sucks . Bought a truck a month ago and it was in the shop for 14 days because of a checked engine light. When I did have the truck I had it for 16 days and drove 600 miles and I had to fill up the truck 3 times because of bad fuel injectors (after i had to self diagnose it myself after the taking my truck my back the second time after they had it for 13 days and check engine light came on). Not only did my onstar connected services expire without me even getting a chance to use but my dealer warranty was xx since I didnt even have the truck for 30 days. Didnt even get paperwork of what they worked on with the truck. Wish I can get some sort of compensation because i havent been excited at all about getting this truck . Still thinking about returning it. Still pretty pissed even though it looks likes for once my truck is finally fixed and ive spent $200 filling up gas on my truck and filling up the two loaner cars theyve had to give me . That couldve went to me buying a bed cover . More

Customer Service? HELLO With all of the places to buy a car you think there would be an urgency to make sure the customer was happy, especially when it is small issue for the With all of the places to buy a car you think there would be an urgency to make sure the customer was happy, especially when it is small issue for the dealer and quite frankly their fault. Taking used cars out for test drives one notices that the floor mats are replaced with plastic to protect the mats from getting dirty during test drives, this is a good idea. I was told some really obvious things like "the bed is in really condition" the side mirrors have turn signals in them" "the truck is really clean". I can see all of that with my own eyes, I was never told one negative thing, normal for car sales people. One is left to find the negatives on their own, again, normal car sales stuff. Here is the problem they took the floor mats out, normal, and when I took delivery on the vehicle there were no floor mats. Salesman was of no help, again pointed out a positive. Called the sales manager, ended up being the new car sales manager, he was not willing to find a solution. I ordered new floor mats online knowing they were not going provide me a solution. Called the used car manager and no real solution offered. I suggested some free oil changes to make things right, he was appalled at the suggestion. Left message with the GM but I am not holding my breath. Something as simple as finding a way to make the customer happy and they fail!!!! They didn’t even attempt to find a solution. !!WOW!! More

The man who sold me the car told me it was in "perfect condition passing green on a 50 point inspection". I get it home and the wiper fluid sprays out through the floor. Yeah - not perfect. He said they'd fix it, but he quit. Left voicemails and emails with varying people with 0 response as I explained my issue - they don't care and wouldn't even call me back to tell me that. I go in and the guys at the shop won't honor it. They don't legally need to fix it...but morally, yes. Lost a customer...will take my service elsewhere. More

I have to admit I usually dread going to dealerships from the moment you get out of your car you are usually hounded By one salesman after another. Personally I want to have the opportunity too look around and when I’m ready I will approach the salesman. Lupient and Rusty were a refreshing experience because that’s exactly what I was alllowed to do. In the end I ended up spending more money then I had planned but got the nicest 10 plus year old used vehicle I have ever seen. Whoever owned this truck took amazing care of it. I don’t think I would have ended with this vehicle at any other dealership, because I would have been pressured and just wanted to leave as quick as possible, I will be recommending “Rusty and Lupient to anyone looking for a vehicle. “ Best car buying experience”, Sam F.
