I had been looking for the right truck for months. I saw the right on the internet at Lupient Buick GMC. Submitted a trade-in for old truck and was supplied a price for the trade-in, set up a time to see t the right on the internet at Lupient Buick GMC. The trade in truck was evaluated while I did test drive. Negotiated a mutual price and the truck was mine. They even washed it again as I hit a bug during the test drive. Zero stars. I called Lupient to inquire about a Yukon Denali, salesman Kaleb completed a virtual tour of the video.as I am out of state. I immediately stated that I wanted to move forward with the purchase, while on the call, sent my ID, proof of insurance and credit application even though I expressed that I was already approved with my bank. He then asked me for a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. His "manager" told him that he didn't need a deposit. Several hours went by and I heard nothing back, I called him and he said that they need the non-refundable deposit to move forward. I asked for the buyer agreement with a breakdown of all the numbers. He refused to send one but insisted on a credit card number. What person gives money without having someone writing first. He said he would generate the purchase agreement and email it. I never heard back from him again. The next day, I left a vm for the GM, Tim. Tim took a day and a half to call me back and when he did, he was dry and condescending. Told me the vehicle was sold and then said "it is what it is" How did the vehicle sell when I had my own financing and gave them the opportunity to finance me as I am well qualified on either end and was ready to purchase in the spot. I would hate to think that my color has nothing to do with it but something just doesn't add up. I will never do business with this place and every opportunity I get, I will let others know what I experienced and encourage them to not do business with this place. They are not for the customers.
