My husband and I purchased a 23 GMC Denali HD from Cian. He was very nice to work with and very informative about all of the trucks features. Buying a home or car is one of my least favorite things to do. My experience at Lupient was the best I’ve had buying a car. From the minute I met Domingo, my sales person, I felt assured I was in the right to do. My experience at Lupient was the best I’ve had buying a car. I located a car on Car Gurus that I was very interested in coming to look at and most likely purchase for my daughter. I indicated that I would like to be contacted, and was contacted by Rusty within a hal in coming to look at and most likely purchase for my daughter. I indicated that I would like to be contacted, and was contacted by Rusty within a half hour of my inquiry. He sent me a video and pics of the Saturn I was interested in. He informed me that there were a couple of other interested parties, and he would let me know if the car was sold before we made it there to look at it. We decided we would be able to come look between 3:00 and 3:30, so I contacted Rusty to let him know we would be coming for sure. He then sent me an email confirming our appointment at 3:15. I did not hear from him that anybody else had shown up to purchase the vehicle or even that there were any other appointments scheduled before ours. So, we left the house at 2:30 and were headed to the dealership. It is about a 45 minute drive. When we were about 30 minutes away I received a text from Rusty stating that there was someone else headed to the dealership to look at the vehicle and that they may make it there before us and purchase the vehicle. What?! When we were only 5 minutes from the dealership I received another text from Rusty stating the car had been sold, sorry! I can't believe the horribly unprofessional manner in which this whole situation occurred. If we had an appointment scheduled, any other interested parties should have been told that there was someone scheduled to see the vehicle at 3:15, and if that fell through they could then come look. Very very unhappy with this experience and will make sure that nobody I know ever goes to Lupient to purchase a vehicle or do any sort of business. Thanks for your time. Hopefully this will change the way your "professional " sales people do business and will be more considerate in the future. More
They tricked me pretty good, I’m disappointed in myself for letting it happen. I scheduled a test drive and they had the vehicle there ready for me and I was ready to make a deal. I was satisfied with the trade-in value, the salesman, and the experience as a whole and went home with a late model GMC. The next morning when I started my vehicle the engine was making an extremely loud ticking noise. It goes away when it warms up so obviously they knew about this issue and made sure the vehicle was warmed up when I got there. xxxxxxxx! More
