Horrible experiences. Very disrespectful staff. They sell broken cars that don't last a full year. They are taking advantage of people. My Subaru went in for State Inspection and several other needed items of service. I talked with Gary the afternoon before the scheduled appointment, left the car, and went home. The next morning I received needed items of service. I talked with Gary the afternoon before the scheduled appointment, left the car, and went home. The next morning I received a call stating several other items that needed attention, especially to receive state inspection. The tires were also no good due to manufacturer's fault. Gary and Jim in Parts were able to have the tires covered and I received a healthy discount on the new tires (they are great tires). Gary explained a couple items to me and I told him to proceed. He said he'd call when the car was ready. Guess what? Gary called when the car was ready. Yes, that is different than the past. Gary was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous - all those good traits that should be in someone dealing with the public. Yes, a huge pleasure after dealing with so many other establishments and their "be quiet, we know what we are doing, it will be ready when it's ready, there's no need to smile" attitude. More
