I can’t even count the number of dealerships I contacted while looking to trade my Legacy for a Forester. I sent them all exact specifications of what I had, what I wanted and what my budget looked like, an while looking to trade my Legacy for a Forester. Of all of them, Josh was the ONLY one who clearly had listened to what I was looking for. He emailed me a selection of available cars with consideration for my specifications, gave me prices and a realistic ballpark of the value for my trade-in. I was offered KBB value on my trade-in after brief inspection. My Forester arrived sooner than expected and was so much more than I anticipated. Josh did a brilliant job making sure all the details were managed; the paperwork was prepared, the insurance was ready to go, and the total purchase time took less than 15 minutes. He did a wonderful job introducing me to my new car. It’s just a beautiful, highly advanced vehicle and I am absolutely in love. I’m still not entirely sure how the experience went just so smoothly. Joyce stayed late setting me up with car insurance at an amazing rate + coverage. Peatie worked the numbers to get me exactly what I wanted for an extended warranty. And then my dealer Josh stayed two HOURS after closing time finalizing the sale and teaching me about the tech in the car, like Eyesight and Android Auto. I feel so lucky to have come across these guys during this crazy car buying time. More
This dealership sold me a car 2 months ago, knowing I am a veteran and single parent who went through a horrific divorce - not to mention my mother died the day before I purchased the vehicle. The vehicle's engine blew on the interstate over the weekend and was taken to another dealership who spoke to the sales people at Lungren's for help. They will not cover anything and the dealer says it is $6,712.80 to replace the engine. Unprofessional, unethical! More

Very friendly and professional. We leased a Subaru Crosstrek from Nickolas and he was excellent. He answered all our questions and kept us informed every step of the way.
