Josh was my sales person and while he was knowledgeable about the vehicle, there were a few things that weren't addressed. 1. While going over the features of the vehicle, he only answered questions I as about the vehicle, there were a few things that weren't addressed. 1. While going over the features of the vehicle, he only answered questions I asked and didn't just go over everything leaving me to figure things out by myself. I'm sure I'm not taking advantage of all the vehicle has to offer because I have no idea how to access the different features. 2. I asked to have the underside rust proofed and Josh told me to come back on Monday at 12:00 to pick it up. I show up and the vehicle isn't ready and they said it will be a while. I took time off of work to go down there only to find out it wasn't ready? They couldn't have called and told me? I didn't get the vehicle until 6 PM in the pitch dark where he went over some of the features (see #1). 3. I was at the gas station and had to call the dealership and ask how to open the gas flap! One of the (many) things he neglected to go over. 4. The trade in on my old vehicle was way way way below market rate. I should have sold it on the open market and could have gotten double what they gave me. I know dealerships ream you on trade in value, but this was almost shocking. Give you staff some supplemental training and stop offering insulting trade in offers and I'd consider coming back. More

I'd called several dealers looking for a particular model. Joshua Brophy was very helpful, both chatting on the phone with him and in person. Betsy O’Connell made our 2023 Crosstrek Sport purchase as easy as possible. Moving to Vermont we needed a second vehicle. Upon the vehicle arriving here, a couple of phone calls with Betsy took care of all the details. We made our delivery appointment, came by and Betsy had us up to speed on our car, the paperwork completed, and a replacement taillight build in our ‘18 Forester replaced, all in about 90 minutes.
