I bought a used civic from Dan after visiting 3 other dealerships and having sub-par experiences. Dan was a pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond and explained every feature of the car, was lai dealerships and having sub-par experiences. Dan was a pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond and explained every feature of the car, was laid back and not your typical pushy sales guy, had some friendly banter, and made the experience fun and enjoyable. He really let me get acquainted with the vehicle and took any concerns I had seriously. This was by far the best experience ive had at a dealership and worth traveling further from my local Honda dealer. Also, Tricia at reception was extremely kind and great to work with when calling / coordinating between Dan and my insurance agent. Great folks to work with. I highly recommend. If I'm in the market for another Honda, I'll be back. More
