Horrible Customer Service Horrible service, showed up for my scheduled oil change. Was then told I would have to wait for at least two hours before I could be helped despite the fact that I had an appointment. Why did nobody call me? Was then left on my own to figure out how to navigate out of garage. Very unsafe and terrible customer service. Will not go back More

MY wife's CRV's pads were not even under the yellow section so not at all bad but due to be changed. I was quoted $600 for this as pads can't be done here without turning the rotors. (good thing I had a coupon right?) Wrong! When they saw I had a coupon they said "Wow didn't know that was on there! It must have meant to say one axle only. I kindly pointed out that it didn't say that and that this was why I came in. The unhelpful manager Keven Shea (who seemed put out) came over and said he would take it off the website but he couldn't help me.. This used to be a great dealership and we have bought numerous cars here in the past 15 years but after this treatment I will not buy a light bulb there. And I will continue to post this story on all web pages to try and make sure they don't hold someone else hostage with their false advertising. BEWARE of this place. They are the new DUDDIE! More

Between his professionalism and approachability, he made the experience seem to flow seemlessly as he supported coordinating the cars repairs. Not only Chris's performance as a service representative, but Fraser Moss who sold me the vehicle just a month prior, have made me want to continue to do business with Lundgren again and again. I cannot say enough about how amazing the service here is. More

Made my day! When I arrived for my service appt, Karen checked my vehicle mileage and informed me that my repair would not be covered by my warranty. I explained When I arrived for my service appt, Karen checked my vehicle mileage and informed me that my repair would not be covered by my warranty. I explained that I felt strongly that my car repair should be covered by Honda. Karen was able to see the issue from the my perspective and was able to persuade Honda to cover the cost as a warranty repair. I am grateful for her experience and honest Customer support, so rare these days. Thanks Again Karen! More

The shuttle van brought me back home and picked me up the My 2005 Honda Accord with 252,500 miles was rapidly diagnosed and repaired within 24 hours. The shuttle van brought me back home and picked me up the next day to retrieve my car. Was lucky to get an appt the next day for service on rear door opener switch (an ongoing problem) and it was fixed correctly in a couple of hours. Gail was excellent service advisor who took the time to look up the previous service on this item and it now works perfectly. Gail does an excellent job but I'm sure Lundgren already knows this. I'm hoping this switch lasts more than the previous one(s) on my 2013 CRV Andy More
