Rude and no customer service skills We found Dan to be very rude to talk to. Not respectful in any way. Started a conversation with the presumption that we are lying and wrong to begin. Many years and many cars After many cars over many years my 90 year old mom’s Honda lease was expiring soon and there had been much “discussion” about buying the car- should s After many cars over many years my 90 year old mom’s Honda lease was expiring soon and there had been much “discussion” about buying the car- should she still be driving, etc. on Saturday morning she voluntarily decided to turn the car in. I headed to Lundgren not even knowing what the process was as I had made several calls to Christine Comeau who my mom had always dealt with. I left messages with simple questions that were never returned. Christine clearly has moved into a new role at Lundgren and had no empathy for what my Mom and I were trying to work through. I got to the dealership and was greeted by Russell Rheault who knew exactly whatv to do and handled the whole process with sincereity empathy and warmth as I did not have all the paperwork. He was GREAT!! I was out of there in. 30 minutes with the process complete and so relieved!! Lundgren Honda is terrific, our only negative experience was unfortunate, but one person would not make us not return to Lundgren- the rest of the team is the best!! Thanks! More

On Frida I wanted to take a moment to recognize Josh Healey and the team at Lundgren Honda of Auburn for the Exceptional Service I recently received. On Friday 1/18 my wife took her Honda Pilot in for service. At that appointment we realized that her tires were in dire need of replacement (shame on me for not noticing earlier). She was with our 2 year old son and could not stay to have them replaced at that time. That afternoon and evening Josh and I emailed back and forth about some options and recommendations on a new set of tires. At 10:23 PM I made my final decision on what I wanted to go with and emailed him back. I then asked the million dollar question, how soon could I get them installed? It was a Friday night and there was a substantial winter storm coming Saturday evening and my wife (who is a nurse) was working that weekend. I told Josh I would be up early the next day (due to the aforementioned 2 year old) and to call me anytime. At 8:30 the next morning Josh called me and said that they were very busy that day, but if I could leave the Pilot with him for a few hours He would make sure that it was done that day. I had the pilot up to him by about 1030 and true to his word, it was done a few hours later. It takes us 25-30 minutes to get to Lundgren Honda (without traffic going through Worcester) and there is a dealer that is half the distance. We won't consider going to the closer dealer because of the exceptional service we have always received from Lundgren. The services and sales department has been wonderful and we are absolutely thrilled with every interaction we have with them. 10K for my 2016 CRV I arrived early @ 10:30 for my 11:15 appointment. The adviser was courteous and noted all my requests. My CRV was taken right in as I relaxed in the state of the art waiting area. After roughly 45 minutes my adviser came and told me my car was done. Oil change, tire rotation, state inspection sticker and a new battery all done. I drove away happy as usual. Quick and professional. More
Another great Honda experience I have lost track of how many Honda CR-Vs I have purchased from Lundgren! I went in for an oil change on my 2015 CR-V and that day drove out with a 20 I have lost track of how many Honda CR-Vs I have purchased from Lundgren! I went in for an oil change on my 2015 CR-V and that day drove out with a 2018 CR-V. Abigaile Marrier was terrific in walking me through the exchange process. She made it simple and reasonable. I wouldn’t have gone through the exchange any other way. My thanks to Abigaile for her calm, straightforward manner. I am a happy Honda customer. More

The warranty is not worthless, but it is not genuinely good. Also, I resented the corporate-speak in a letter from "Service Manager" Dan Kristoff. No one likes being ripped off, but Lungdren added insult to injury with a shallow, self-justifying letter written to protect their little cash-grab. Shame on them. More
