Same automated stupid response that I replied to a few other times... I EMAILED YOU DIRECTLY since you were out of your office when I called, and STILL no reply to me directly, you want to make things right? SEND ME A CHECK FOR $480 for all the parts I replaced with my own money...

After being a customer for 4 years and dealing with the service team all that time never had a problem until today. Dealing with Dan was awful.....Very rude,disrespectful and not helpful! Honda you can do More
