He listens to the customer until he knows their needs It's rare to have a salesman who listens so well and understood what I needed to have in order to replace my 18 year old car. He took extra time to make sure that I understood the workings of the new vehicle and even synced my phone to the computer so I could go home and take calls handsfree (understanding in a graceful way my challenge with newer technology). Excellent Customer Service My son's car died and we needed to get a new vehicle as soon as possible so that he could continue to get to work. I looked online at some vehicles and was contacted by Mike Berkowicz and he worked with me to come in at a time that was convenient for me to look at cars. He was fantastic and I ended up spending four hours there looking at different models and ended up leasing a car that day! Everyone made it so easy. The car was not going to be ready that day so they got me in a loaner car so that we would not continue to be short a vehicle. They worked with my insurance copy and got everything completely ready for me. Mike went over all of the features of the car with me which was extremely helpful because there are so many options and it would have taken me hours to pour over the user manual. Mike really went out of his way to provide excellent customer service, he even staying late to wait for me to get out of work so that he could make sure I was all set with how everything worked in the car. I am thrilled with my new car and would highly recommend Mike as well as David Marcoux in finance for making my experience quick, easy and pleasant. More

Purchased Used Honda Pilot I did a lot of car and dealership evaluation before making a purchase thru Cargurues, Cars.com, Craigs List, Auto Trader and the Lundgren web site . I I did a lot of car and dealership evaluation before making a purchase thru Cargurues, Cars.com, Craigs List, Auto Trader and the Lundgren web site . I read many of the site customer evaluations of the dealerships. After lots of looking over many months I knew what car I wanted to purchase , the year, the model, the trim and the color. Using the web sites I searched for the car I wanted with the exception of color with in a 100 mile radius. Amazing how many of that car I was looking for excluding color are available in 100 miles at various prices. I then went to customer evaluations of the dealerships . Turns out that the Lundgren postings on the sites actually stood out from others , the price fair, Lundgren has great customer satisfaction and they had 3 cars of interest. I called one morning and told the person answering the stock #,s of the 3 cars . Ralph Bass call me back shortly and confirmed availability of all 3. I was at the dealer ship as scheduled later that afternoon , looked at all 3 cars and drove them all around the parking lot . Ralph had copies of the Car Faxes for all 3 cars and the keys waiting for me when I got there. After some discussion with Ralph I picked the car I wanted and proceeded to finalize the transaction. I had no trade and I was able to pay cash with a personal check. Ralph had me e-male a copy of the cleared check 2 days later when it was available. Ralph took care of getting the car registered, inspected and cleaned ... thank you !! My wife , granddaughter and I were at Lundgren at 5:30 PM to pick up the car that day and I drove it home to Cheshire, MA ... Sweet easy transaction More
