Lundgren Honda has a history with this customer and has gone over and above during that time frame. We chose not to address any of the specifics in this review. The buying and paperwork process was done no differently during this transaction than on any of the thousands of others we do each year. Yes, unfortunately we have asked this customer not to return nor add to the hundreds of emails and texts we have received over the years. We regret helping and selling this customer cars and are relieved that the business relationship is over.

The reason Lundgren won't respond to anything I've said is because they can't! It's all 100% the truth and I have proof of it and they know it. I have put up with SO much crap from them it's ridiculous. But when I complain about I'm the bad guy? There are no hundreds of texts or emails. That is a lie. I don't even have Chucks cell phone number to be able to text him! I regret all I've done for them, the customers I sent there, the money I spent there, the expensive gifts I gave the staff, all the crap I put up with. I also noticed last night on my paperwork there is an additional 250.00 down payment I have a receipt and proof of, that never shows up anywhere on my paperwork. All that shows up is 150.00 down payment. Chuck also does not deny someone gave/sold my information to all these insurance companies. I never gave my consent nor was I ever informed of it. That violates the law and I guess now I"ll be talking to the attorney general too. I had hoped by bringing to their attention the things done wrong, they'd make it right. But instead Chuck Shearns is on a rampage, taking all his problems out on me. NOTHING That happened in my review is my fault. 100% Lundgren, Chuck, Matt, Eric and Jayson's fault. Cars can be sold without lies, but apparently not at Lundgren. Chuck openly admits in the response that my deal was done like all the others, which means everyone gets lied to, car prices are jacked up when submitted to the banks. Cars are not properly delivered, everyones information is given/sold to insurance companies without their permission or being notified. So you read what Chuck said, everyone gets treated this way.
