The warranty is not worthless, but it is not genuinely good. Also, I resented the corporate-speak in a letter from "Service Manager" Dan Kristoff. No one likes being ripped off, but Lungdren added insult to injury with a shallow, self-justifying letter written to protect their little cash-grab. Shame on them. More

Used Car Purchase I was looking for a used Honda Accord online and I was shopping several dealers at the time. This is a large volume dealer with a significant complement of sales people, so I was expecting to basically be treated as a number. Jayson was a very pleasant surprise! Very friendly, sincere and knowledgeable. Since this was to be my 10th Honda, I knew exactly what I wanted and didn't want to waste a lot of time being "sold". Jayson sensed this and smoothly and quickly took me through the purchase process. I looked at the car I wanted on Saturday and was driving it away on Tuesday.
