We had all sorts of terrible visions of the stereotypical "sleazy used car salesman" in our heads and we were sure someone was going to try to talk us into something we weren't comfortable with or otherwise trick us with wordplay or numbers we didn't understand. Of course, we got nothing of the sort. When we walked in, Russell came over and helped us out right away. He was very friendly and straightforward, answering all our questions clearly and to the best of his ability. He made things incredibly easy. I remember when we left we were looking at each other asking "was that it..was it honestly that easy?" Russell made us feel incredibly comfortable and gave us all the tools we needed to know we were making the right choice every step of the way. Moreover, I really appreciated that no one tried to push us into anything we couldn't afford or didn't feel comfortable with. They gave us all the options, laid them out, and let us decide on our own with no pressure. They even told us how to go out and do our own research if that's what we wanted to do. They took care of everything, from the car loan to the insurance right down to the plates and registering. I didn't even have to step foot in an insurance office or DMV.
