I had not even had my car for a month when I noticed a crack coming from the molding. It started where the windshield was black, so inspection would have missed it / and I wouldn’t have seen it. I contacted her multiple times until I received I ride short ill-mannered response…”So you took delivery of the car a month ago, and then call and demand my attention and just assume I will call you back?”.. This is coming from someone who praised that they were a family owned business. So if you buy your car and have it less than 30 days, don’t expect a response from Lydia! And yes, I assumed she would call me back.. That’s her job! More

I made an unrealistic wish list for price, milages, mpg, looks, comfort.. my experiends with lungren honda was amazing.. my first day of talks did not end in a purchase, at the end of the day I just passed and wasn't interested.. I was far far from my wish list.. that was a Saturday... Sunday I'm ready to move on and I get a manager above my sales person emailing me, and minutes later her boss was emailing.. afte some emails I got within $10 of my wish list.. I didn't think they could get it.. but the end result was Micheal Harvey, Christine Comeau, and Mathew Barth of Lundgren Honda of Auburn Mass. Bent over backwards to meet the wish list I set out with.. I'm paying $10 more on my payment than I had on my wish list but that acceptable.. 100% rating as a dealer.. I pick my car up tonight.. the car side or it remains to be seen.. but ill rate again in the future of the care for this dealership.. but you want an amazing experience talk with the folks at Lundgren honda of auburn mass.. 100% amazing experience!
