I despise buying cars but. Seriously, I can’t stand the whole process of buying vehicles. It takes forever, sometimes you feel like you’re being haggled, other times you feel like you’re being talked down to... it’s just a long arduous task where at the end you drop a ton of money that you know, you’ll never recoup. The only good thing is, the new car. Well today, my opinion may have shifted slightly. We met Jayson Navarro and he was truly awesome to work with. He anticipated our needs and took action to ensure we had all our options available. He answered all our questions and worked really hard to get us a deal we were all happy with. I highly recommend Jayson Navarro at Lundgren. We also dealt with Dustin to review and sign paperwork... he was clear, concise and nice. He also explained all our options and warranties in an easy to understand fashion. Thanks Dustin! Finally we had a brief interaction w Scott. Scott was a nice guy but it took me a bit to figure out what he was trying to do... turns out, he was trying to get us quotes for insurance. We explained we were happy w our insurance and that there was no need to change. He then started talking about our home insurance... how we should look into bundling and he could save us money. Our home insurance has been w the same company for 20 years and I don’t want to change it. He didn’t seem to like to take no for an answer and we walked away a bit confused and annoyed. Some additional explaining on what you’re trying to do and lowering your pressure would be so much better for your future customers! As for Lundgren as a whole, there were definitely some areas that could be improved... the trash receptacles over by the food counter were overflowing and kinda stinky, the bathroom counter was absolutely saturated w water... after my 3rd time there in the course of 2 hours, I finally cleaned it up myself. The base of the mouthpiece to the bubbler was pretty nasty too. I wound up buying my 7 yo a bottled water as a result. These areas did not impact our car buying experience but I feel like it’s important to note, especially when I noticed at least 2 female employees who had their head in their phones instead of taking care of some of these things. That and if you’re going to have areas like that, I feel like why bother if you’re not going to keep up w them. Don’t get me wrong, I love that a snack bar was there! How convenient but just keep up w it :) Overall, we recommend Lundgren and especially Jayson! Great guy! The fact that Jayson interacted w our very bored 7 yo and kept him engaged throughout the process was the cherry on top! Great experience! More

Great Experience It was a great buying experience starting with the Internet. The initial response was immediate. All my requests and questions were promptly answered. Jayson also made himself available on his day off to come in and set me up with a test drive which led to me purchasing the automobile. The overall experience from start to finish was excellent. Margaret needed a Dear Lundgren Honda, My brother and I remember your cb 50s at Richards! I know, this was back in the 70's! Fast forward to 2017.... Margaret needed a new car! Her old Honda accord ex was still going strong. This was due to the fact that the old Lundgren, was so outstanding in their service! Now we have a new Lundgren!!! It has been two years almost!
