I've purchased numerous vehichles and dealt with my share of difficult dealerships throughout the years. I can honestly say, the purchase my wife and I made at Lundgren Honda was by far the easiest auto pur of difficult dealerships throughout the years. I can honestly say, the purchase my wife and I made at Lundgren Honda was by far the easiest auto purchase we have ever made. Since my wife was suddenly in need of a new car, we did not have much time to look for a new/used one. We first visited Lundgren Honda in Auburn and met with our salesman Jonathon Mason. Since I was in touch with Jonathan prior to our actual visit, he gathered much information from me, and was fully prepared with a selection of vehichles for us to test drive that fit within our budget. My wife was impressed with the Nissan Sentra she drove. We opted not to purchase at this particular visit, since we wanted to check out several other dealerships to be certain that this was the best buy. After much research and uneasy dealership visits, we went to see Jonathan again. I at this time, test drove the Sentra and was instantly impressed with the car's handling and comfort. This car was priced at several thousand less than all of the dealerships I visited, and best of all there was no negotiation necessary at Lundgren...Which immediately eliminated any anxiety. Jonathan was very professional,knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. He even followed up on a few other details (which we didn't catch) without being prompted. Although, it has only been a few months since the purchase, there is no doubt in my mind that we made the right decision to go to Lundgren. More

Jonathan greeted us at the door as he was going outside and we were coming in. He stopped whatever he was planning to do and asked if he could help us. My husband and I felt very comfortable dealing with Jonathan and he occasionally called over Justin who had more experience and together they answered all our questions. We were introduced to the sales manager and I liked him immediately. There were no hard sell tactics, just a very friendly, enthusiatic young man who you could tell absolutely loved his job. His job is certainly a lot tougher with our present economy and I've been talking to people about how nice everyone is at the Lundgren-Honda dealership and how much I like my car, but everyone is watching their pennies and a lot of folks can't afford a newer vehicle. I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from this dealership. i feel like part of their family. More

From the very first conversation about price, down payment and monthly payment Lundgren Honda was unwavering in accomplishing my goal to the best of their ability. More

I have bought 4 new vehicles from Lundgren Honda since 1998 2 accords, 1 van, 1 CRV. and all have been serviced at Lundgren. I have NEVER had a problem with service. Also, nearly every time, I have just popped in during the day and have had service done in a timely manner, including when I require more than just an oil changes. I once got there later in the afternoon and they did not have a part I needed (bent rim from pothole) so they gave me a loaner Van with no problems. They have a very clean service area with free coffee, tea, breakfast items, juices for the kids. They have 3 different areas, a kid room with toys (great when my kids were toddlers, toys were clean), leather chair quiet room (with 2 computers w/web), and Flat panel tv lounge. Purchasing the 4 new vehicles was smooth and I have always been treated nicely and have found their "no haggle" price to be competative. I was happy to discover this dealership and would model it if I were to open a dealership of my own. I am only bothering to write this because I read some of the low rated reviews and I could not believe them. I have not experienced anything close. I hope this helps. More

Customer service was great & would not have thought twice about buying here if teh price was even remotely close to others. Overall a great experience, just not what I was willing to pay in the long-run. More
