What is a better measure of a dealership: Never making any mistakes, or fixing them courteously and promptly when they are discovered? At Lundgren Honda, we make occasional mistakes. Owning up to them and making the situation right is who we are as a company and what we do. The author of the preceding review will attest to that. After inconveniencing this gentleman and his fiancee from NY, he had a right to vent. He doesn't claim that he was overcharged, nor did we misrepresent any part of the buying process. We did, however fail to deliver his vehicle in a timely manner from Worcester to New York after promising to do so. The problems stemmed from a client without a NY driver's license that wanted his car registered in NY, and us being a Massachusetts dealership and not familiar enough with NY registry policies and guidelines. Every day we do our best to deliver more than what we promise. Our door is always open to criticism on what we can do better. We hope that our customers will let us know if they are displeased before the kettle boils over as it did here. Our customers are usually surprised at how responsive we are.
