At first, I was a bit skeptical with the fixed prices of their cars, but I am obviously very satisfied with my purchase. First of all, I can't stand the pushiness that most car dealerships exhibit. The past experiences I have had have been miserable. The atmosphere at Lundgren is extremely friendly and uplifting. I was able to easily compare different cars that I was interested in and was suggested other cars as well. The prices of the car were fair and lower than most dealerships and I didn't have to worry about haggling over the cost. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and walked away content and more than pleased with the outstanding service at Lundgren Honda. More

Jim, the Finance Manager was very helpful in explaining all the ramifications of the loan and the extended warranty. He was very pleasant to talk to and took his time with all questions we asked. The transmission on my 2000 Honda Odyssey went again and I knew that it was time to purchase. Having dealt with Lundgren Honda for nine years (having all of my maintenance done there...45 minutes from my ho I knew that it was time to purchase. Having dealt with Lundgren Honda for nine years (having all of my maintenance done there...45 minutes from my home)and after visiting other dealerships closer to home to see what they could offer me, I returned to Lundgren and ended up purchasing a new Honda CRV from a wonderful, supportive salesman, Jonathan Mason. Lundgren offers it customers so much more than any other dealership around. For me, the loaner car for longer service appointments is key. Jonathan Mason was the kindest salesman I have ever dealt with. He answered all of my questions about the cars that I was test driving and he was quite patient. He knew that the purchase of a new car was not in my plan, but something that happened quite suddenly. Jonathan held my hand the entire way through the financing and purchasing processes. Jonathan was on the lookout for a car for me and called me while I was on visiting with my family in another state to hold a car for me at the dealership until I returned. Never have I ever been in contact with or felt comfortable enough with a salesman to call him on his cell phone. Jonathan answered his phone each and every time I called him. To top it all off, Jonathan even came in on his day off "to do what he had to do" to make sure that I could drive home in a car that day. I had just returned from NJ and the car was waiting at the dealership. I went to Lundgren with my two children in tow and met with Jonathan and Justin. Justin got me a great financing deal and Jonathan drove around to find my husband in the field working to get the signatures on the paperwork that was needed. Now THAT is what I call service with a smile! Such dedication! Remember...it was his day off and he spent a portion of his day making sure that I could leave with a car. While Jonathan was finding my husband, I was on my way home with my children and the new CRV. One cannot ask for better service! I continue to recommend Lundgren to all of my friends. Their service department is wonderful, sincere, honest, and knowledgable and if anyone is looking to buy a new Honda, they should contact Jonathan Mason. Thanks for everything! More
Considering I was broken down and do not live in the area, Nuno and Jonathan treated me like I was a regular customer. Mr. Moss held our hand through the entire process. We never felt pressure at any time. When the transmission on my 2003 Honda Pilot blew 150 miles from home and I realized it was not worth it to fix it (it had 150,000 miles and I drive 180 miles each way to work every week), I knew without miles from home and I realized it was not worth it to fix it (it had 150,000 miles and I drive 180 miles each way to work every week), I knew without a doubt I would purchase my new Honda from Lundgren. I actually purchased the Pilot from a different dealership, 30 miles east, and the customer service in their maintenance division was awful. After the first service at the other dealership, I changed dealerships and have used Lundgren for all my services since 2003, and have always had nothing but excellent customer care. I walked into Lundgren, not having a particular salesperson in mind, and wound up having Jonathan Mason as my salesman. Immediately, I had a very good, very comfortable interaction with Jonathan. He was a great listener and aimed to satisfy. I had a good idea of what I wanted, we test drove a couple versions, and once my decision was made, Jonathan located the car I wanted and had it delivered a couple days later. The no hassle pricing, the customer service in sales and maintenance, the waiting room, and even the bathrooms, everything at Lundgren is about a great experience and they deliver. I would not hesitate to recommend Lundgren, and Jonathan, to any family or friends. More
