This is the second car we have bought from Lundgren Honda in Auburn and we are satisfied with our purchases. Our trade-in was also accepted at a fair price and financing for our purchase was easy. Justin LaPlante was friendly and helpful and was available by cell phone. We were encouraged to take test-drives to make sure we would be comfortable in the car we finally chose. All of our many questions were cheerfully and knowledgeably answered. After we decided on a specific color and model, Justin was very good about following up with us when our car arrived. We feel that Justin was eager to make sure that we would be happy with the purchase and that we would find the right car for our needs, and we appreciate his service and attention to detail. We have had some pretty crazy and no so nice experiences at car dealerships in our lives, Lundgren Honda is a breath of fresh air compared to them. They make the confusing experience of buying a car into an easy one with no pressure. Jonathan Mason started out our visit with his kind and caring nature, and Frasier Moss easily wrapped it up with his many years of car expertise. As a young female, I am always weary going into car dealerships without "backup." Before going to Lundgren I had asked my mother to come for support but unfortunately couldn't make it, so I decided to dealerships without "backup." As soon as I walked in, Jonathan was able to put me at ease with his friendliness and the fact that Lundgren doesn't "play games" with their customers. I got a pretty good deal on a 2007 Honda CR-V (on a Thursday) and was able to pick it up on Saturday. I went into the dealership just to look and they were so great I called the next day and bought the car! Jeff (who deals with the finances) was able to get me a great rate that was a point and a half lower than what my bank offered. There was no pressure from any of the people I dealt with which was great. I had gone through a couple rough patches with some dealerships so it was a breath of fresh air to deal with Lundgren. Great overall experience working with Derek Rudge to decide what type of car I actually wanted, I was coming off a leased SUV and was uptight about getting into a "car" and Derek let me take my time te decide what type of car I actually wanted, I was coming off a leased SUV and was uptight about getting into a "car" and Derek let me take my time test driving several vehicles. The service and friendliness continued once I was given over to the salesman Wes Schofield. I had looked at other dealerships but was unimpressed with aggressiveness and persistance to sell me something I did not want and at Lundgren I never had that feeling. Even though I am still getting used to my new vehicle I would recommend Lundgren based on my car shopping experience. More
