I did not feel pressured to make unnecessary additions like other dealerships do. He seemed to genuinely care that I get the car that is going to be the best for me. He let me test drive the car on highway and back roads to really get a feel for it. He went out of his way to make sure that we were comfortable and had refreshments. Even the financing ran smoothly, as they tried a range of banks to get the best rate for me. At Lundgren they made sure that I had everything that I needed before I left with my car. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone! More

Wow Wow!!!!!! Is all I have to say About Lundgren Honda. I have been looking for a car now for a long time and every dealer I have gone to always wants to get the best of me. Right away he acknowledged us and was going to get someone to help us when Neal Latino Just stepped in and Said "No Ill take them dont call anyone". We told him what we were there for, He found the car and also found other cars in our price range. Told us all about the car Very knowledgable and thorough!!! We test drove the first car we saw Loved it and that was it. We told him we had a deadline and had to have the car ready by saturday (FYI it was friday) He was AMAZING!!!!!!!!! Not only did I have to do nothing but Neal had the car registered, and detailed by 3pm saturday! He was so nice and did not try to up the price or scam us in any way! This dealer was the nicest and most professional I have encountered. When I left I felt like I had just made a good friend, Everyone is so down to earth and friendly! Truly I was sooo satisfied with my purchase and with the sales people!!! BUT HANDS DOWN LUNDGREN IS THE WAY TO GO!!!!!! let me not forget to mention jeff he was the one that got me a lower interest rate than my own bank! Truly overall a wonderful experience!!!!! Lundgren does not haggle, no matter how much I tried. We could have gotten the exact same car for $1000 less at another Honda dealer down the road (Herb Chambers) but were turned off by their sales people as well as the crappy service we got previously, so we decided to spend the money on what we hope will be a good relationship with Lundgren. Though it's important, Jonathan wasn't interested in just selling me a car, he was there to make sure I got what I wanted... and needed. He even went the extra length to get me a small item I requested - a smiley sticker for my window. When my sister talked of looking for a car a few weeks later - I sent her right there. Her experience with Jonathan was the same. The experience would have been near perfect if the manager processing the paperwork had merely asked if I would like to purchase coverage. I felt pressured and intimidated to purchase additional coverage in which I clearly stated I was not interested. Jonathan Mason is exceptional in sales and an asset to Lundgren Honda. Loisann was great to work with. After five years with my 2005 Honda Civic Hybrid(bought at Lundgren) it was time to trade it in. That car was fantastic, It was my workhorse for five years. Loisann is extremely patient and knowledgable in her craft of selling cars and I recommend her to anyone just walking in to look at cars. Loisann is also extremely honest and when I had a question she was right on it. The only issue I have ever had was with the service of my Honda Civic Hybrid. In trying to save me money a part that needed replacing was left intact causing a transmission failure while driving. In the end the Honda paid for both those parts to be replaced. I have never had any other problem at Lungren and would buy a third car there if needed. More
