I was drawn to Lundgren Honda for their promise of a pressure-free, no-haggling experience. I was not disappointed. Everything was as advertised and more. At no point was I ever pressured into something I didn't want. I worked with Glenn in sales. He was attentive, patient, knowledgeable and has a vast wealth of useful information at his fingertips. It's not at all surprising given his high-tech background. I thought we developed quite a bit of rapport, as I have a similar background. I was impressed enough that I decided to make a purchase on the spot on my first visit after my first test drive. When buying a car, I don't have the time or inclination to be involved in a drawn-out, back-and-forth process. Lundgren Honda is a refreshing, pleasant surprise. After working with them, I'm left to wonder why all car dealers can't operate like this. Without a doubt I would recommend them to anyone. More

This is the Honda dealer to go to. Not the biggest in the area but by far the best. They offer no haggle pricing and it's not a trick. No pressure environment with all the pricing up on the wall. The reason as to why I rated Lundgren Honda a perfect 5 is because they had shown absolutely fantastic customer service. Me and my girlfriend walked in on a Sunday night, around 5:15pm, and asked if they w is because they had shown absolutely fantastic customer service. Me and my girlfriend walked in on a Sunday night, around 5:15pm, and asked if they were still open. Weston said "Unfortunately we are closed but what are you looking for, maybe I can help you out". Mind you, he has his brief case in hand with jacket and hat on, ready to go out the door. We let him know that we were interested in a great deal we had seen online to lease a 2011 Honda Civic LX.... $0 down and Lundgren made the first month's payment. Weston offered to stay and have us fill out the paperwork to see if it would be available. I came back the next day for a test drive and to fill out the remainder of the paperwork. Weston introduced me to Neal, my salesman. Neal was great! He took me on my test drive and helped me get the best deal. I literally walked out of there without having to pay a dime until the following month. He made it so I could make monthly payments of $220/month and it included taxes, title, payments, registration, my plates and an exterior/interior vehicle appearance protection program that covers any dents, dings, stains or tears in or on the vehicle. I have never had such a satisfying experience with a car sale as I have had with them and I currently have three vehicles and have had 5 others in the past. I plan on recommending them to anyone interested in making a car sale and I will go back to them for all of my future vehicular needs. More

We definitely recommend Lundgren, we've purchased our second Honda there, we knew it was the place to go to. It is so well kept, so friendly including room for children.
