I have been doing business with Lundgren Honda for several years. I like the 'no pressure' sales approach. The sales people and the business manager are cordial, efficient and well informed. I have purchased several cars at this dealership and have had each of them serviced exclusively by the Lundgren Honda Service Department even though other Honda Dealerships are closer to my home. The service is excellent. I feel confident that whatever the service department recommends is exactly what is needed at time as a repair or maintenance on my car. I also appreciate the fact that the service department always makes room for an emergency repair visit - no appointment is necessary and if needed a free loaner car is available. More

My wife and I had been car shopping and meeting some real pushy salesman. When we walked into this dealership we met Neil. He was honest, helpful and not pushy at all. The place was clean, neat and every employee that walked by us said hello, smiled and made sure we were being taken care of. It is a no-haggle dealership and Neil gave us a written quote without even asking. We told him we had two other cars to drive that day and he allowed us to walk out the door without following us and giving us the typical salesman BS. We ended up following in love with the CRV and came back to Lundgren. They gave us only $500 less than what we were expecting for our trade right off the bat. The paperwork process was smooth and uneventful. My wife and I walked out of there stunned and said, "That was the easiest smoothest stress free experience we've ever had buying a car." We couldn't believe it. The dealership bumped the warranty up to 7yr/100K miles as part of the package and has 21 loaner vehicles to use while your car is being serviced. Because this is a no haggle dealership, you may be able to find a car for a few dollars less here and there but, that may mean that the other dealership is just going to give you a few dollars less for your trade, who knows? As for me, I'm looking for a stress free experience JUST AS IT SHOULD BE! In my opinion, it should be just like buying a shirt where each person walking in pays the same price. Greg Dietz in Financing was also great, he clearly explained the dealership's money back warranty and made signing all the papers quick and easy.
