Great experience buying a Honda CERTIFIED used car for nearly $20,000 in Sept. 11. I went in on Friday at 5 and had the car on the road by 10 am on Sat. Justin did up the paperwork and Wes handled the financing.We all shook hands and I was thrilled with my car. The buyer experience was EXCELLENT. I was assured that the car was trouble free and I was sold extended warranties ( for $1400) to boost the coverage even more . I went in for a routine oil change in April when the warning came on. He told me they were too busy to spray a cleaner on the seat to remove a stain . I was informed by the service tech that my tires were nearly bald and at a dangerous level. I had been assured at purchase that the car had been fitted with " good " tires and I would need to do nothing for at least a year. I can understand wear and tear issues but at approx. 10,000 miles of driving, these tires must have been used and low grade at time of purchase. For a $20,000 car I would expect to have been able to drive it for more than 10,000 miles without the tires going bald. The tech person was willing to "fix me up " with a set of new tires for ONLY $1000. When I brought up all my warranties and the Honda certified used car claims, he told me that tires were not a part of that. At purchase I had asked specifically if they had put new tires on the car and was told vaguely , "it's a Honda Certified car" . They were sprayed with gloss to look showroom new. In over 40yrs. of driving and with 9 family vehicles purchased at Lundgren, I have never had "good quality" tires wear out at 10,000 miles. I am disappointed that I was sold a car with tires that wore out in approx. 7 months time. After calling around, I have found other tire dealers who have top end tires for a lot less money, and I have been told that the tires that were on the car when I purchased it must have been very close to the limit for safety. I came into Lundgren and was not so sure I was gonna buy, had a little glitch with sales(person). I expressed my concerns in this area. The price was good and I feel good in a new, reliable, great looking and performing car. Noah, you turned a not so good buying experience into a hassle free and much more comfortable buying experience. I appreciate your professionalism, the excellent follow-up and true concern for a happy customer, that's all we want in anything we're buying. You made it a possibility for me, and I truly mean that, as I might not have come back. I thank you again, your skills in this arena are unsurpassable, as ACCORDING TO MY STANDARD! (the customer is always top priority and you understand this). He did a great job which made him dependable. He acted beyond my expectations, just like a new friend. For instance, he brought all paper works to my place (25 miles more driving) to get my wife's signature, just because she was too tired to go to Lundgren. I strongly recommend Lundgren and I'm happy for doing business with them. More

I found everyone I talked with at Lundgren Honda to be very accommodating. I started my search for a new car on the recommendation of friends, Andy and Nancey Mott who said I should try Lundgren because t very accommodating. Never having a "good experience" at a car dealership I was skeptical so I thought I would begin my search on the internet. After filling in my choices for a new car I was directed to Lundgren for a quote. I received e-mails from Justin and Sara and made an appointment to come in to look at a CRV. My first concern was would I fit into a CRV. Being 6'4" I found there was plenty of leg and head room. So far so good. At this time I was introduced to Peter who sat and talked with me about all the features in the new CRV. We then took a test drive and all the while Peter answered all of my questions, I found him to be very knowledgeable and patient. Since I came in on the last day of a sale I experienced a little pressure to buy, but nothing like my experiences at other dealers, that was different. The price for my new CRV was OK, a little higher than I would have liked and the trade in value of my F250 was a little lower than I would have liked but I feel both were close to my expectations. I did not have to play the usual price games that you play at most dealers and that was different and much less stressful than my past experiences at other dealers! So I would recommend Lundgren to others. Was it a "good experience"? Well it wasn't great but it wasn't bad, so I would say it was good and if there was a (very good) selection in the survey I would lean towards that. I do not think that when you spend this much money on a new car will it ever be great. Good experience, but not great. I should also thank Wes for his help navigating all the paper work and whoever did all the running around to get the car registered, a big help, Thanks. More

I have bought many cars and it is usually a best two out of three fall wrestling match to get a fair price on the new vehicle and the trade in. I signed the papers on Sunday afternoon and was able to pick up my new car late Monday afternoon.
