Go visit Ms. Sherry Brown for your next car! She was so easy to deal with. I DISLIKE all sales people and I warned her of this before I even walked through the door at Lundgren Honda. I had never visited Lundgren before. I have owned several Hondas over the years and my 2011 CRV was due for an oil change. I found Lundgrens website and saw that they had an express oil change bay that did n Hondas over the years and my 2011 CRV was due for an oil change. I found Lundgrens website and saw that they had an express oil change bay that did not require an appointment. I pulled off the Mass Pike at 11:35, followed the simple directions to the place and arrived at their sparkling dealership at 11:45. I pulled up to the automatic doors to the express lanes which opened immediately and entered their brand new state of the art service dept. I was met by Melody Socia at 11:50 who was pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. She listened to my needs, made some recommendations and wrote a repair order for an oil change and tire rotation. She escorted me to the customer lounge, gave me a tour and went back to her duties. From the plush waiting area I watched the techs change my oil, pull the car forward and rotate the tires. At 12:08 the CRV was pulled up directly in front of the door I was sitting at. Melody explained that they had also done an inspection on my vehicle. She gave me the brake measurements, the tire measurements and informed me my battery was fine. In addition to the inspection, oil change and tire rotation they topped off all my fluids and reset the maintenance reminder. I paid her directly, got into my CRV and drove off a happy camper. This experience took 33 minutes from the time I pulled off the Pike and 18 minutes from the time I pulled in to their service area. I was so impressed with my treatment that I will give them first shot when my lease comes due this July. More
My experience with Lundgren Honda was the return of a leased vehicle following my brother's rather sudden death. A phone call to Aaron Lathrop at Lundgren Honda in Auburn put my fears to rest. Aaron's clear explanation of the liabilities with a lease brought me great peace of mind at a very tense time. Aaron continued to guide me through the process,actually facilitating my phone conversation with the inspecting company and remaining on the line while I completed that piece of the transaction. The entire process was completed successfully yesterday -- and, rightly so, the person who assisted me at the deaership was....right! Aaron Lathrop accepted the vehicle and provided me with even more information about returning out of state plates and registration, and notification of the insurance company. Additionally, I must add that in several calls to the dealership I was assisted by a number of telephone personnel -- very polite and quite competent. It is an excellent dealership with respect to personnel, and quite impressive in its new location. More

What a HORRIBLE experience I've had with this dealership. This happened to me TWICE. Frist, was 2 weeks ago when my wife inquired about a vehicle for sale online. We scheduled an appointment for the following morning. That night the vehicle was sold to another couple which is fine. HOWEVER, we never received a phone call or email letting us know this vehicle was no longer available. We drove 80 miles each way to find out the car was sold and Kayla said she forgot to call us. TERRIBLE... Now, 2 weeks later we see another car online that we're interested in so we call ahead and let them know we will be there in within an hour and a half. We were told they will pull the car out front for us and have it ready. Perfect!!! Well, we drive another 80 miles each way to find out the car isn't to be found. After some investigation they determine that their appraiser took it home. We explained this was the 2nd time this happened and would appreciate the appraiser bringing the car back. They said this won't happen and there was nothing they could do. We explained our displeasure and would NEVER give this dealer a 3rd chance. It's amazing how a dealership this large can have such HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. All in all we ended up driving 320 miles for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!! The Internet Sales dept. is hands down the MOST IMPORTANT aspect of a dealership YET Lundgren Honda doesn't see the value of following thru with potential customers. More
I went to Herb Chambers for an appointment I had set up for a trade in evaluation. They left me waiting for a half hour so I left and went down to Lundgren Honda on my way home. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by Noah Sands. I was upfront with Noah and told him my time was valuable and I knew what I wanted. I wanted the numbers and wanted to see if the numbers I had in my mind could be matched. The provided me with the figures and they were spot on! There was no going back and forth for a "better" deal. They treated me with respect. Noah even went as far as to grab me a water and a few snacks while I waited. This is the second car I have purchased from Lundgren. My first stop will be Lundgren Honda from now on! More
I had an incredibly positive buying experience at Lundgren Honda. I initially was inquiring about the purchase of a new 2012 Honda Civic when Lydia Krog made me aware of a used one that they just Lundgren Honda. I initially was inquiring about the purchase of a new 2012 Honda Civic when Lydia Krog made me aware of a used one that they just received that had only 2,400 miles on it. Initially I was hesitant, but then I realized that it was still a new vehicle, and it had nothing wrong with it. The reason why the previous owner traded it in was because it was just to small to fit the owners needs. Also, the price was substantially less than a new Civic. I met with Dustin Johnson the following day and from that moment on I knew that this was going to be a pleasant purchasing experience. Dustin was very attentive to my concerns and was also extremely knowledgable about the Civic. I had researched the car prior to meeting with him and he pointed out many of the safety features as well as many of the other bells and whistles that come with the car. Also, at no point in time, did he make me feel pressured into making this purchase at all. Dustin would give me periodic follow ups (on his own time, I might add) on how things were going on the Lundgren end of things so I could pick up the car on the day that I was hoping to get it. A pleasant over all purchasing experience. The Civic is awesome and I wouldn't hesitate to go to Lundgren in the future to buy another car. More

I originally worked with Lydia Krog (Internet Supervisor)she answered all my questions,and was very helpful. That evening we went to Lundgren, we were met by Lydia Krog and Dustin Johnson (Sales Consultant). We sat down with Dustin, he asked what we were looking for in a vehicle, then brought a CRV up to the door to show us the vehicle, the "grand tour", inside and out. Dustin was very knowledgable about the Honda Vehicles. Believe me when we say, he went above and beyond. He wasn't pushy, just extremely helpful. Thank you to Lydia and Dustin for making what could have been a nightmare into a pleasant experience. More
