We first purchased a new Honda Odyssey from Lundgren in 2006. As family needs changed, we went to Russ and purchased used Hondas. Their service area is nothing short of exceptional and there is even a little cafe inside if you want to buy snacks, drinks, etc while you want for your vehicle to be serviced. I was quoted a price and was told meeting it wouldn't be an issue and I should leave a deposit and it would all be sorted out on Monday, it was on a Saturday. Come Monday the price went up substantially be an issue and I should leave a deposit and it would all be sorted out on Monday, it was on a Saturday. Come Monday the price went up substantially and I was told it was still in the same neighborhood and I should be happy with it. Needless to say I walked away from the deal. Eventually the dealer came back with a lower interest rate. In the end I am happy to be ending up with the vehicle but disappointed it couldn't be done right the first time around. The no haggle pricing model might appeal to some buyers but to me having zero flexibility with it is not a good thing. Greg from Finance was great to work with. The new salesman Scott was also extremely helpful and I would highly recommend seeking him out if you are looking to buy from this dealership. Update: I finally get the car and it fails inspection. I had it inspected at the dealer and was told that one of the codes was a result of the vehicle needing to be jump started at some point and that I need to drive it around for a few weeks in order for it to reset. No apology was offered to me the service person acted like it was completely normal and not a big deal. For the amount of money I spent on this vehicle it should have been all set to go. Needless to say I am not pleased. Service after the sale seems to be lacking unless you purchased a new car from them. More

After this winter's heavy snow ammounts, an AWD vehicle became an obvious choice. We were looking for a vehicle that was cost effective, reliable, fun to drive and had had nice stying. Lundren Honda wasn't our first stop, but after visiting auto dealers, it was a breath of fresh air as we entered your show room. We were greeted by Gil, a new salesperson at Lundgren. He offered us refreshments and asked us how he could be of service. We explained our preferences - a CRV EX L with Navigation. We discussed lease vs buy options and very much appreciated the fact that you had the no hassle prices listed with all the avialable options. We asked if a test drive would be possible, which he immediately arranged. The test drive was great and Gil professionally explained many of the options included in our package. When we returned I asked him about trade in pricing, and additional options. As he went off to consult with the finance manager, I asked my wife how she felt about the experience so far. She and I both agreed Gil was sincere, honest and satisfying our needs was his top priority. This was an amazing difference after being qualified with other auto dealers. After a tour of your new facility a few things became apparent. You know service is your main business in that your new facility has customer satisfaction is your main focus. The refreshment area, the children's area, the office area with free w-fi, you ultra clean service area and a caring staff were obvious, and much appreciated. Gil returned with our trade value and pricing for the additional options we wanted. He and the finance person explained how they arrived at the numbers. Still there was absolutely no pressure to close on the sale. His genuine sincerity and focus on us making the correct choice ultimately was the deal maker. We signed that day and asked to have the vehicle ready for pickup on the following week. It was ready and beautifully detailed as planned. He went over options and we completed the paperwork. All in all it was an excellent experience. I have purchased Accords from you in the past, and will definately look to you in the future when considering my next purchase. Prior to entering into an agreement to purchase a Honda Pilot, I inquired as to the time-frame required for an out-of-state registration. The response from the dealership was that the "worst-case-scenario" was the upcoming Thursday. Here I am now, 17 days after that conversation, paying interest on my new car and have yet to be able to drive it off the lot. Granted the dealer is having issues with a vendor, but they are passing that issue onto me and the cost of the financing of the vehicle. VERY POOR business practice and I warn anyone dealing with this establishment they ARE NOT AS GOOD AS THEIR WORD! I am a local professional myself and would typically not take to the internet to write something like this. I simply have no recourse and neither the owner or general manager will even return my call to provide a satisfactory resolution. BUYER BEWARE! More
