Why did I choose Lundgren? I have heard of Lundgren Honda through positive reviews from family and friends. I am also appreciative that Lundgren hires and mentors students from the Automotive Technology prog through positive reviews from family and friends. I am also appreciative that Lundgren hires and mentors students from the Automotive Technology program at Worcester Technical High School. I was upside down in the car that I was driving (owe more than it was worth) and really hated the car (Hyundai). I wanted to get out of the Hyundai and into a Honda. I had little to put for a down payment. Len and Christine in sales helped me out and worked numbers to get me financed. There was zero pressure and plenty of free snacks and drinks to stay refreshed (they have a legit cafe). I would highly recommend Lundgren Honda to my family and friends. More

I was looking to lease my first car and emailed several dealers. Lundgren was the only one to give me quotes and stuck with them when I got to the dealership. We were very happy with the Internet pricing and that's exactly the price we paid when we bought our car. We thought our trade in was worth slightly more, but that, also was non-negotiable. I visited the dealership on a Saturday looking for a good used car. I hated to get a car that would require me to obtain a loan, but I also knew there wasn't much out there that I was comfortable buying f used car. I hated to get a car that would require me to obtain a loan, but I also knew there wasn't much out there that I was comfortable buying for the cash I had. After browsing through the lot, I met Tom and he spent quite a bit of time with me reviewing inventory and the payment options for each vehicle. Tom listened to my concerns, assessed my needs, and was able to offer me a few cars that suited. We went on a couple of test drives and when I narrowed my choice down to one, Tom walked me through the next steps and the credit process. I left with a much more comfortable feeling about buying a used car than I had come in with. When I decided to go for it, I contacted Tom and he put the rest in motion. The process was smooth and easy for us. I especially appreciate the way they handled the appraising of my trade-in, even though the car didn't start when they were going to move it into the garage. I was so embarrassed because even though the car had a lot of problems, starting wasn't one of them. The whole team Tom worked with that night got everything done in short order and my husband and I were able to leave with our new vehicle! I would certainly recommend Lundgren and Tom to anyone car buying and we will return when we need another car. Thanks for such great service! More
