I was in need of a reliab I went into Lundgren Honda on 11/12/15 and was assisted by Samantha & I was looking for a specific car -Mountain Air LX CRV. I was in need of a reliable vehicle for this New England weather-I was going up from a Saturn(Although if Saturn was stillin business I would have gotten another one since my two prior ones were from them and they lasted a long time).While there was none at the dealership, after I test drove a white one Samantha found one in the system at a different dealer and set in motion to do a swap with that dealer. I heard back on 11/16/15 that there were none of that color available anywhere,but Samantha said they had a 2016 CRV EX in that color that I really wanted. I needed it to be a reasonable monthly price and she talked to others there and they gave a price(which was more than I wished for but I really wanted this color) and I told her I'd be in that night to look at it & low and behold I have a new vehicle which I'm very happy with. Richard was also very helpfulin the finance dept in going over all the paperwork and stuff. More

Examined the car within 15 minutes, determined the problem, placed the order, gave me a courtosy car to get home (2 hours away) free of charge, fixed my car within 24 hours and all with a smile on their faces and a very positive and energetic attitude. If I was going to buy a new Honda now, I would drive two hours just to get it from them. Must more pleasant to deal with than the local Honda dealership that I have 15 minutes away. Thank you! More

You don't get the feeling that they are trying to sell you something you don't need. Please don't change how you operate. It's rare to find this kind of service these days!! More

They treat you wonderfully! :-) I drive 50 minutes one way to get my service done here, well worth the drive from anywhere. I also wanted to say the little Cafe they have in the waiting area is genius! So nice to have a sandwich or snack available when you're waiting for your car. Just one of many ways they think of everything to make their customers happy and comfortable. More

Bad tire program I own a 2001 Honda Odyssey and bought the tire for life program, and when I tried to claim new tires,the service manager Stephen Gravel told me that I I own a 2001 Honda Odyssey and bought the tire for life program, and when I tried to claim new tires,the service manager Stephen Gravel told me that I couldn't, due to the fact that my tires were not rotated every 5 to 7 thousand mile as it was stated on the contract. Now, I have been a loyal customer for approx 10 years and never had an issue until they moved to the new location. My first issue was when I took the ODYSSEY to be aligned and left there with the same issue, but the technician told me that everything was fine a week later I took to the GOODYEAR place in Webster and discover the right side was .23 degrees off. When I spoke to Stephen he told me that the technician was not longer working there. Clearly the alignment wasn't done properly! Another time a technician told my wife that she would not get a sticker without having a list of things repaired such as a timing belt. As far as I know, changing a timing belt has nothing to do with getting a sticker! It seems to me that the bigger they got the less they care about the customer or they are having a hard time maintaining a good costumer service. It seems to be all about the money!! I will Never go back there again... More
I love Lundgren I bought my Honda at Lundgren in 2008 and have returned for all my regular service because everyone is so nice and honest there. Waiting on my car to be fixed is never a hassle because they have a full deli and free drinks and snacks, free wifi, and plenty of comfy places to sit. More

Hays made sure we had everything we needed and did it in a manner that made us feel like he was equally as invested in the car as us. Whatever question we had was either answered by Hays or one of the other helpful staff members- but he made sure it was answered. I am confident in referring Hays and Lundgren Honda to any friend, family member or co-worker seeking to purchase a vehicle. I am happy with my purchase and appreciative for the service given. More
