Mike greeted me and explained that the Massachusetts inspection was down all across the state but would be happy to check the tire pressure. Less than 5 minutes the tire pressure is corrected in all tires and an appointment made for next week plus the car got washed! I arrived at the scheduled time, was greeted and processed paperwork. I was given an estimate on the length of time and costs. Spent a while in the very comfortable waiting room, enjoying a cup of coffee. My car was ready when promised. The cost was lower than the estimate. MY EXPERIENCE WAS EVERYDAY NORMAL FOR LUNDGREN HONDA. I have been in for regular service, this last visit was more of the same. As I say, OUTSTANDING AND DEPENDABLE. More
