Made my day! When I arrived for my service appt, Karen checked my vehicle mileage and informed me that my repair would not be covered by my warranty. I explained that I felt strongly that my car repair should be covered by Honda. Karen was able to see the issue from the my perspective and was able to persuade Honda to cover the cost as a warranty repair.
