We were impressed by the atmosphere at Lundgren Honda —it was not stuffy, and we did not feel rushed. We liked the amount of natural light, the cafe, and the sitting area and kids area (which seemed to h —it was not stuffy, and we did not feel rushed. We liked the amount of natural light, the cafe, and the sitting area and kids area (which seemed to have a collection of children's books, and a few computers)—so if you ever have to get your car serviced here, it seems like a far less tense environment to wait in than other car dealerships we've been in. And yes, we did actually observe people waiting for their cars, and they looked relaxed. Russel Reault helped us and did a great job explaining things—this was our first car purchase, so we had a lot of questions. He did not push things on us, and when we said no to certain bells n' whistles, he crossed them right off the list. Another advantage of coming here is that the surrounding roads present a variety of common driving conditions, so when you test drive a car you end up getting a less artificial sense of how the car performs than you might in a more standard neighborhood. We did spend more time here than we'd anticipated we would, so do be prepared for that. That being said, we were on an unusually rigid time schedule that day (it just worked out that way) and they were able to accommodate. More

Was then told I would have to wait for at least two hours before I could be helped despite the fact that I had an appointment. Why did nobody call me? Was then left on my own to figure out how to navigate out of garage. Very unsafe and terrible customer service. Will not go back More

Quick, easy, and great experience This was my wife and I's best experience at a car dealership. Within 5 minutes of walking around the car lot we were greeted by a gentlemen named Mike This was my wife and I's best experience at a car dealership. Within 5 minutes of walking around the car lot we were greeted by a gentlemen named Mike Briere. He was very cheerful, friendly and determined to help us pick out a car that suited our needs. Within 10mins we were test driving a car!!. Throughout our experience we felt that we were always top priority and Mike helped answer and questions we had. In addition we found the prices to be a lot better than other dealerships in the area. We couldn't have asked for a smoother closing. If we buy another car it would defiantly be from this location!! I walked in knowing what I wanted and what price I would pay after d I had an appointment with Russ but was redirected to Mike Briere. Lucky for me! I walked in knowing what I wanted and what price I would pay after doing 3 months of research on the new CR-V. I sat down with Mike and felt comfortable with straightforward discussion about my Honda history and what I was looking for. Mike walked the lot looking for precisely what I wanted including the exact color to test drive. The 2017 EX-L is quite an upgrade from my 2010 EX-L! I was impressed. Mike was great to work with and it was a smooth sale. But the service doesn't end there. I knew I'd need an overview of the new technology which was all new to me. I arranged a date and time to pick up the vehicle. I absentmindedly arranged the pick up on Mike's day off. No worries since there's plenty of sales people there. Well Mike came in on his day off to complete the sale. He set up my phone and took the time to show me how everything works right down to the smallest detail. I drove off a happy camper! Thank you, Mike! And for anyone reading this review I strongly advise you ask for Mike to discuss your purchase. More
