Then told me I needed a new transmission $8-10,000. Then after adding up work to $572 told me that my warranty expired. They then offered me $4,500 because I was such a loyal customer for my 2017 Pilot touring. I told them they were crazy and I would pick up the vehicle. I left to drive to a transmission specialist. Manager was rude at best. As I drove in to the transmission specialist they called to offer me $8,500 for my vehicle. Again I said you're crazy. Made the appointment with the transmission specialist. Unbelievable I get the call sayin there is absolutely no problem with your transmission. Yep so loyal customer of 30 years gone. I am beyond shocked that Lundgren has lost all credibility. Run go anywhere but there. More
