A pleasant experience I came into Lungren Honda from fairly far away knowing exactly which vehicle I was looking for, having found the 2014 Accord Coupe (manual) the night I came into Lungren Honda from fairly far away knowing exactly which vehicle I was looking for, having found the 2014 Accord Coupe (manual) the night earlier online. A slight snafu with the cars immediate availability meant I had to wait an extra 30 minutes after arriving, but Ralph was calm and didn't waste my time. We immediately jumped into appraising my current vehicle which I was planing on trading in. When the car arrived, a quick test drive confirmed the car was in great shape and exactly as advertised. Ralph walked me though the purchase process without any unnecessary steps, easy and quick! I came back the next night to pickup my new car and found it sitting front and center in their parking lot, all agreed upon services completed fully and looking brand new.
