Amazing customer service! My husband and I were searching for a car and frustrated with getting the runaround until we talked to Mike. He was straight forward and honest with what he could do for us. He accepted our offer over the phone instead of making us come in for yet another meeting. We were skeptical when we got to the dealership waiting for hidden expenses and there were none. Mike was a man of his word. But that's just the beginning. We live 1 1/2 hours away and needed to get a bank check. Mike went out of his way and met us at the bank to save us a trip as well as delivering the car to us the next day. I love my CR V and am so impressed with Mike and Lundgren Honda's customer service and would recommend them to everyone. Thanks Mike! More

It was a recall for my 2016 Civic A brake light needed to be re-glued to the rear window. I'm not too thrilled about a recall, but that has nothing to do with the service. Everyone was friendly and professional (Dan took care of me). I have two small issues. They really are small: I was looking forward to using my coupon for a meal at the cafeteria. The cafeteria was closed. The other is that there were fingerprints all over the rear window after the service. It is a minor issue, but I had just finished washing the car and cleaning the windows spotless. It only took me a few minutes to clean the window when I got home. I still feel it was excellent service; just not perfect. More
