A few bumps but ultimately a smooth deal!! I will admit that I am not the easiest to deal with especially as I was already in defensive posture entering the car dealership experience. Yonis is I will admit that I am not the easiest to deal with especially as I was already in defensive posture entering the car dealership experience. Yonis is really super kind and was willing to be the go between for us and the management. Even when I was not seeing eye to eye with management and questioning some of their business decisions that was being made by the dealership he kept an even tone and continued to be civil and professional even when I bordered on not being so. In the end the dealership came through for us and we got what we perceived to be a good deal and left happy. I wish Yonish good luck in the future and we highly recommend requesting Yonish if you are looking to buy Honda. In the end I just hope he does not think that I was a total xxx. More

Even when we had a long wait to get into Finance on a Sunday he kept us amused by showing us how to sync our phones and use a number of the features available on our new CRV. Just a tip- if you are going to buy on a Sunday be prepared to wait to meet with the Finance office. There is only one person taking care of everyone on a Sunday. Dustin did a great job! but it did seem to be a lot for one guy. More
