To our pleasant surprise, no salesperson came running out to interrupt our "just looking" experience. After finding an Edge that really appealed to us, we went inside the showroom/sales area. There we were introduced to Jerome Lindquist. He immediately impressed us with his pleasant demeanor and, equally important, his technical and product knowledge. We were also very impressed with a great trade-in value on our 2017 Ford Escape and all the rebates that were offered on the Edge. The Sales/Finance officer, Jordan Kelm was also very pleasant to work with. Within two hours, we were parking our new Edge in our garage in Annandale.
