Though I don’t have to come in very often with my Alltrack, Chris always greats me with a smile and a willingness to help. This last Friday when I left work, my car almost didn’t start. It was late, and on a Friday, when most people are ready to go home, I figured the car was going to have to stay overnight, which would have been a huge hassle. i did not expect what happened. Chris didn’t miss a beat, immediately taking the car in the shop for repairs, even assisting the tech in the repairs. I was out in about 30 minutes! I was so impressed and grateful, on my way home for the weekend! Chris Vernon is a rock star in what he does for you. Worst service department After a year of owning my vehicle it was time to get the oil changed, light came on at 6,000 I took it in and was told to ignore it and just come back After a year of owning my vehicle it was time to get the oil changed, light came on at 6,000 I took it in and was told to ignore it and just come back at 10,000 miles which I did, service was completed however the light was not reseted. I noticed a day later and when I called it was 10 minutes before they closed which meant no one at the service center was there to answer a call.After speaking with a sales manager I was told I would get a phone at 8:30 am next day (Saturday). Called came in at 7:50 am which I missed . Message was hard to understand, seems like they don’t value customers time as I did not received an apology for their error on resetting the light. After being on the phone for 25 minutes they scheduled someone to come and reset the light Writing this review because I couldn’t get an email to place my complaint. Unfortunately I have to take my car to this place to get service as I took the service package. More

Not friendly I've been coming here for years and Chris had been there nearly every time. Easy peezy service visit I called with a noisier engine than I thought was normal. Tyler got my CC in right away to get checked out & had a loaner ready.
