Female Car Buying Experience I had a great car buying experience from start to finish. I worked with three different people who were all amazingly friendly and made me feel like m I had a great car buying experience from start to finish. I worked with three different people who were all amazingly friendly and made me feel like my satisfaction was important to them. Sarah provided me with all the information (plus extra info) I requested without hesitation, and without trying to pressure me into coming into the dealership to get the numbers I wanted to review. I’ve been looking for a used car for about a month now and felt like I had to pull teeth to get some of the info she gave me up front from other dealerships. Brandon, the salesman who worked with me was very kind and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and was up front about not knowing some answers off the top of his head. I really appreciated that. I unfortunately forgot the sales manager’s name I worked with (I’m bad with names), but he was really great too. When I made requests that he couldn’t agree to, he didn’t just tell me no, he tried to help me understand the why behind it. The process was also fast compared to my previous car buying experiences. I arrived at the dealership at 9:30 and was back in Tempe with the car by 12:45. That’s with a 40+ minute drive home. Overall, I’m very happy with not only my purchase, but my experience as well. It’s hard as a young woman who is not very knowledgeable about cars to go to a dealership by herself and not feel uncomfortable and taken advantage of at some point in the car buying process. I’ve had experiences in the past where I felt like dealership employees were very condescending to me, but I didn’t feel that way at all while I was here. I’m someone who often naturally apologizes for just trying to be thorough and for somewhat over thinking things, but I can’t remember feeling the need to apologize at all yesterday for asking a lot of questions. Thanks for a great experience! More
