Best experience buying a vehicle we've ever had. It was relaxed and pleasant. Special Kudos to Doug for being so knowledgable and easy to work with. Shout out to Ray in Finance too for the no pressure, fas relaxed and pleasant. Special Kudos to Doug for being so knowledgable and easy to work with. Shout out to Ray in Finance too for the no pressure, fast processing of our loan. We stopped by once to see the Atlas, once to test drive and then to buy it was only 90 mins and we were on our way! No negotiating price as they are listed online. We love our new VW Atlas! More

The staff was responsive and they worked with me on price. I originally inquired about a 2020 Atlas Cross Sport SE with Tech in Pure Gray. I was told they had no SE's left in that color but they did have the Pure Gray in an SEL trim. I didn't want to spend the extra money but the tech features were pretty cool so I started to negotiate a price with the salesman. Over the course of a day or so, we agreed on a good price and an excellent finance rate. The sale was pending a test drive and the vehicle was being driven to my home the next day for the test drive and potential signing of paperwork. 20 minutes after I was told the vehicle would arrive the following day, I received another call stating the vehicle had just sold. It was very disappointing and it seemed like the dealership was a little unorganized to not know they had 1 vehicle so close to two sales. This was the last SEL in FWD in pure gray at the dealer so they offered me an SEL with 4motion in Pure Gray for $1700 more. I did not want to pay for the extra option on top of the extra trim that I didn't inquire about to begin with. Understandably, the dealership would not give me the SEL with 4motion for the same price as the SEL they were going to sell to me. I really liked the sales person/finance person I worked with and unfortunately I was a casualty of trying to buy from home compared to someone buying at the actual dealership. It took about 24 hours from the time the vehicle sold to when they told me they could not locate another SEL pure gray within the state. I was pretty frustrated at that point and disappointed the dealer didn't even try to offer me the SEL 4motion at any kind of discount to make up for the inconvenience of selling the SEL after negotiating a good price and scheduling a test drive with me. I understand that sales are being worked simultaneously and I was the one who got burned because of it. But my whole experience was not a positive one, through no fault of my own. Luckily, I secured a great price on a higher rated vehicle elsewhere and I'm very happy with that. My situation is probably uncommon, but people should know what to expect when shopping at this dealership. More

I purchased a certified pre-owned 2017 VW Jetta on 10/29/2020 from salesman Tom Cloyd who was attentive to my needs and professional. The sales process went pretty smoothly and masks were worn by most 10/29/2020 from salesman Tom Cloyd who was attentive to my needs and professional. The sales process went pretty smoothly and masks were worn by most of the employees. On our 120 mile trip home, at the half way mark, the tire pressure warning light came on. We pulled over to determine what the problem was. The passenger side tires were overheating and only registered 28# of pressure, hot. The drivers side tires registered 30#. (Proper inflation, per Jetta information, is 36 psi cold)We waited for them to cool a bit and continued home at a reduced speed. The next morning I performed the recommended cold check and got 28 psi on the drivers side and 25 psi on the passenger side (11 psi below the safe recommended level). Our route home was I-17 North , a high speed interstate highway. I believe we could easily have had a blowout on any one of the dangerously under inflated tires, and ended up seriously injured or worse. Item # 109 on the 112 point dealer inspection checklist is for tires, to include proper inflation. It was checked off just like the other 111 items were. This leads me to have no faith in the inspection being properly conducted. W.F. Johnson, Sedona. More
