It started with Bennet who followed up on my email query. She was pleasant, fun, and very interested in my specific needs. Then, at the dealership, Bennet introduced me to my salesman (Ron Doschadis). After the three of us chatted, she took me aside to confirm that I would be comfortable working with him, and said that she had plenty of people to take care of me--she just wanted to be sure that Ron was the right fit for me. How great was that?!! When I said Ron was "my guy", Bennet left me in his hands. Everything from offering me snacks, to having finance look over my package so that I could get the car that I wanted within my monthly payment scale, Ron bent over backwards to make me feel good about my decision to come to their dealership. The icing on the cake? The car that I wanted was the showroom model and as they drove it out of the big glass doors, everyone stood around whistling and clapping! I took several cars for a test drive, but when I drove my showroom baby, I knew that she was the one. The whole process was quick and fun. There was never any pressure to "buy add-ons", and everyone answered every question that I had. This is my third new car, and because of how I was treated, I will be loyal to this dealership forever! When we first arrived at the dealership, Ron D greeted us and was very nice, hwoever he didnt know alot about what features were included in what package for the TDI. It was frustrating that we knew more from just reading the internet then he did. Even with that, he got a book and figured out what package we needed. Another frustrating problem was that there were no pictures of a 2012 VW Jetta TDI with premium and navagation and what it looked like with the tdi appearance package. We didnt like the fact that we could not look anywhere even on the internet and find one to see if that is what we wanted. But we said yes to the car and talked to him on friday that we wanted to start the process and had told him that we didnt not want to spend much time at the dealer with paperwork and to please have it all ready, He stated we are great with this and said everything would be ready. However saturday came and nothing was ready. We had to fill out a credit app then wait then fill out the paperwork for the car and wait for over an hour, then he said they found a car in town but we could not pick it up until monday because it had to be detailed. That took away the wow factor of buying a car but we said ok, then monday came around and my wife picked up the car and it looked like it was half washed, so we waited for nothing urgh and then found out that the speaker grill by the drivers side was broken. Also the lip spoiler and the exhaust were going to be another week before they would get in according to Ron..once again took away from the wow factor. So I called the parts dept and found out they could get both parts in a day and paint the spoiler in a day so I told Ron D that he needed to get with his parts department and get the items ready to install friday so we could finally have our car. I was mad that I had to do the leg work when that should have been his job. Also the paperwork for the mileage showed only 56 miles but when we picked up the car it had over 300, we asked and Ron said it was just a mistake by whoever took the cars mileage however if read the fine print that it was illegal that they put lower mileage on the statement...what the heck did we get ourself into here...so we finally picked up the car friday, it was still not cleaned that good at all very messy inside, on the consoles and dash and rear seats but we were not going to wait anymore. I spent friday evening about 3 hours cleaning it myself as it should have been. I realize things happen and maybe it was just our salesman but we are not very happy. More
Once I decide to buy a car, I am ready. In the 30 years we have been married, my wife and I have purchased over 40 new cars and 8 new motorcycles (my vice in life...). The experience with Peoria was among the best I've ever had. I sent emails with my trade in value, expected purchase price, and desired VW. I don't like dancing around, and because trade in is basically book value plus minus, with the visual only as a final confirmation, I think the buying experience can be done on line. The message was sent to every VW dealer in the Phoenix area, and I received one acceptable response...from Peoria. From others, I typically got the usual, come on in and we'll talk about it (which I read as "come in...we'll give you less than you want, and because we don't have the vehicle in stock, we'll use our sales magic to talk you in to one that you don't want). Phillip and Bennet were different. They gave me exactly what I asked for information wise, and once I got to the dealership and they saw the condition of my trade, actually gave me MORE than the online offer. I was pleasantly surprised. The only unfortunate part is that we live in the East Valley, and Peoria is quite a drive for us...but we're converted fans of Peoria VW. More
Best used car buying experience ever! Fast, friendly and cognizant of our needs. They did not pressure us about financing. Consumers are the most important stakeholder, and in this economy the key is to build a strong and long-lasting relationship between consumer and the dealer community to ensure the company sustains profitability. Peoria Volkswagen has made that their aim. When you shop at Lunde’s go in open-minded and leave the stereotypes of a car-dealer out of your thoughts. Because if you walk into Lunde’s with the bad taste you may have had w/previous dealerships, you’ll miss the enjoyment of relaxation, and cloud your view. My experience was refreshing. I purchased a 2012 Jetta-S and I love it. I just came out of a bankruptcy 2 years ago and without the help of Jeff Leovic and my financer Nathaniel, I would have not received an unbeatable interest rate. I walked into Nathaniel’s office ready to sign the papers. When he tells me, “you are going to be very happy.” Sure enough he said, “I got you a better interest rate.” He did not have to do this because I was already approved through another bank, and yet he went above and beyond for me. They exceeded my expectations. They did not judge me for my bad credit, nor did they take advantage by making me feel inferior. I shopped around between dealers and I did so to educate myself because buying a car is a very big deal. Between dealerships I discovered some places hike up the prices for extra’s like hydrogen. One dealer sold it for $100 above the price that Lunde’s was going to charge me. I used my COSCO discount and saved some extra cash. Ladies, if you are in the market to shop, take it from me, Lunde’s is a place you can trust. More

Working with Daniel was a wonderful experience. He was very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of information. He did not pressure us or try to sell us something we didn't need.
