We were there about 4 hours and our 18 month old made friends with everyone there, they were all very nice to him. We were introduced to the service people and they are all very professional and friendly. The service center is CLEAN!! I've never seen any place that repairs cars have such an impeccable space. I was very impressed. We live about 40 minutes away, but if we ever need car service, we would readily take it there. We also received a thank you card about a week after purchasing our car (2012 Ford Focus). A thank you card is not necessary, but was very thoughtful and we really appreciated it. I'm so happy we finally had a good experience with a dealer, 5 out of 5 from us! More
