I went to Peoria VW looking to buy one of their CPO 2013 Tiguans. I ended up driving the Tiguan, a Jetta TDI and a GTI, they were very patient and let me drive whatever vehicle I was interested in, so huge Tiguans. I ended up driving the Tiguan, a Jetta TDI and a GTI, they were very patient and let me drive whatever vehicle I was interested in, so huge kudo's for that. I finally settled on the CPO Tiguan and the process fell apart in the trade-in appraisal phase. They ended up offering me about 4K back of wholesale KBB and didn't want to budge from their offer. Unfortunately I did not end up buying at Peoria VW, but instead went to VW of North Scottsdale directly after and purchased a CPO 2013 Tiguan. VW of North Scottsdale had no problem matching Peoria VW's price and gave me full wholesale value for my trade. I was in and out in a matter of 45 minutes, and almost zero effort on my part because I had my financing pre-approved. I'm sorry that we couldn't make a deal because I live right next to Peoria VW and ultimately, they had better customer service up until the trade appraisal. I would recommend Peoria VW if you know exactly what your trade in is worth and stick to your guns. Otherwise I have a feeling that they make alot of extra income from lowballing trades. If the management from Peoria VW read this, here's a suggestion: You're doing ALOT of things very well, don't follow all the other dealers and become the greedy xxxx poor dealer experience we've all learned to hate. I'd hate to see you guys miss out on customers and sales because of greed. Losing some money on a trade in is fine, but 4K back of wholesale is insulting, and turns the whole experience sour. More
I worked with Bennet online then with Dean at the dealership. Both were down to earth, I didnt get the typical sales speeches. When the original deal broke down because I couldnt drive manual, Dean and the team were able to switch gears without hesitation and get me into something I was comfortable with. I am writing this review because Dennis Lunde runs the BEST dealership I have ever encounter. I have bought 16 cars in 5 different states since 1989 and I have to say that his dealership is the best in A BEST dealership I have ever encounter. I have bought 16 cars in 5 different states since 1989 and I have to say that his dealership is the best in ALL areas. Sales to service to parts all get an A+ in my book. No wonder they are the #1 VW dealer in the USA. I went to the two dealerships in my city of Gilbert and then Mesa but was not impressed and definitely didn't have a great experience. My first encounter with Lunde's was with Bennett and she was was amazing, then it was with Phil and he was excellent. I have been dealing with Bill in service for my Golf TDI and I wouldn't go to ANYONE else. He is truly an amzing employee and Mr. Lunde should be very proud to have Bill working in his dealership and representing it. I live in Gilbert, AZ that drive to Lunde's is a little under 60 miles one way but I will drive that to get their great customer service as it is worth it. Thank you all for everything.. Mr. Lunde, your dealership should teach others in "the Valley" what customer service truly is. Your dealership is #1 in the USA for a reason. You should be #1 in this site too. More
About 8 months ago, I've bought a 2012 Passat. Throughout my visits, I got to deal with most of the service consultants, including Neil and Kyle, but especially Keith Gallaway, who is the service manager at Lunde's. I was very impressed with the way Keith has been handling my issues with the car. He listened to every of my comment and remarks on the vehicle and made sure that the technicians checked the vehicle properly and if needed the necessary part got replaced. Especially with one issue that created a noise on the rear axle, Keith showed a lot of patience and understanding and made sure that the issue was resolved in the end. During my visits, I got to talk to the salesmen as well and had a chance to test drive some vehicles. It is very rare to find a dealership where the salesmen are not pushy and annoying. Lunde's VW is definitely one of them. Everyone in here will give you plenty of courtesy and space, and will not make you feel pressured into making a deal. I can only recommend this dealership and their service department. Oh, and the complementary car wash is not too bad either... More
Went in for a oil change and it was fast and the guy Bill was just the nicest man (funny too) he really made the trip there worth it. I'm glad to have had the opportunity to do business with Lunde's VW. Chase was very professional and easy going, which made the sale go a lot smoother than most other dealership experiences I have had with Lunde's VW. I have owned Mercedes-Benz and BMW's in the past, but was treated better at this dealership. Troy and Chase worked very hard to get me the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted. The whole process was as low pressure as it gets. I would definitely return here for my next vehicle, and will make the trip from North Scottsdale when my vehicle needs to be serviced. No other VW dealer in the Phoenix area can compare to Lunde's. More

Very pleased with Bennet Foreman, she is personable, responsive and pleasant. Rick Doschadis was exceptionally nice and helpful when he delivered our car. (also had a clever sense of humor). Accounting dept. needs to speed up their act...a month to get a title is a bit ridiculous. The general sales manager also needs to realize that "one size (policy) does not fit all" when he insisted on a wire transfer. This is the second vehicle we have purchased over the internet from Lunde's. Overall they are exceptional in customer service and would recommend to anyone considering buying a car on-line to choose Peoria VW. More

They kept me in the loop on when it would arrive, and even had it come in 2 weeks early! I have always had Volkswagen's, but it's always a matter of where you are going to purchase from. I will always return to Lunde's, and would refer any friends and family there who are looking to purchase a car. More
