I was immediately contacted via email by an associate and we began negotiating costs. Bennett gave us a GREAT deal and soon we were on our way to Peoria to test drive the vehicle. As soon as we got there, Albert had the car waiting and answered all our questions. Once in finance, Nathaniel had us out in 25 min !!! We got a great deal and we're out in less than 1 hr and 15 min. This is my 2nd Volkswagen, when deciding on a new car I looked at other "luxury" models, but came back for Volkswagen superior craftsmanship, design, and dependability. Sales Team was friendly, informative, and no high pressure. Very easy and fun experience - which I never thought I would say about buying a car. Doug (Salesman) and Troy (Manager) were very easy to work with. Alex (finance) was helpful and actually had fun signing on the dotted line. I came from Wyoming to buy from Peoria VW! I live in Wyoming and was visiting my sister when I stopped by the dealership to have the oil changed on my 10 year old Passat. While waiting for my car to be finished I walked the lot and spotted a 2013 Jetta TDI with exactly the options I was looking for. I didn't buy it that day but, I saw it was still available a bit later. I reached out to the dealership and was contacted immediately and had a very nice discussion with Bennet. She was very helpful and best of all, professional and not at all high pressure. We made the deal and I flew down from Billings, MT the next day to pick up the car. Everyone at the dealership was great to work with from Troy, to Nathan in finance and Danny in sales. The dealership has a nice warm family feel to it unlike so many other high pressure dealerships. It was well worth my time to come to Peoria VW. Thanks for a great experience! More

She was the 2nd person to reach out to me and after talking to her I knew I would only purchase a VW from this dealership! When I went in I had the opportunity to work with Ty and he was amazing! He was so friendly and super helpful with all of my questions!! He helped make me feel so confident about my decision to purchase my new VW Golf. I actually went in just to test drive the vehicle and left being a proud owner of my first VW!!! The finance team was amazing as well!! Chip Rooney did a wonderful job of learning my needs and explaining the vehicle to me. He kept a friendly communication with no pressure as I made the decision to purchase. They even came to pick me up from my home to finish the paperwork. I love the fact that the pricing is upfront and haggle free. No hidden charges or strong arm tactics to buy pointless add-on's. The finance department worked very hard to get me the rate and payment that I desired. I wanted the next to impossible and may have been a bit irrational but they treated me respectfully and made the deal happen!
