Prior to purchasing my 2016 Beetle Classic on Christmas Eve at Lunde's Peoria VW, car shopping/buying was #1 on my MOST HATED list of things to do. Lunde's has become MY dealership for life! The employees are TOP NOTCH and FUN! GREAT people and personalities! NO PRESSURE WHATSOEVER. Absolutely NO running back and forth to the Sales Manager for deal approval. A completely different experience for me. This is how car buying should be done EVERYWHERE! Doug Luoma in Sales had infinite patience with me. He explained all the techy gadgets in my Beetle that I was previously oblivious to. He remained calm during my test drive as well, LOL! The dealership is immaculate, inside and out. EVERYONE smiles and laughs, so clearly it's an enjoyable place to work...everybody is helpful and gets along. Very upbeat! Transaction time was quick and efficient. They didn't bat an eye at my quirky payment questions/needs/details. I have had my car for 6 days now and I enjoy it immensely. My greatest thanks to all at Lunde's Peoria VW for completely revamping my previously ultra negative thoughts on car buying.
