We were not buying that day. Not only were the other dealerships more aggressive, not in an unfriendly way but aggressive none the less, they wasted our time. We liked the folks at Lunde and they gave us a great deal! More

My first contact was Becky from Lunde's online sales team. She was friendly, informative, and even took her time to send me pics of my car once it arrived at the dealership. The car arrived early and we made the drive to pick it up on Mother's Day. Brandon was our onsite salesman and was so pleasant, professional, and informative. Lunde's team worked hard to make the deal satisfying for all. Brandon took the time to answer all my questions and walked me thru the many features of my new Beetle before we drove off the lot. Wayne the Hero!!!! About a month ago, I was in a bad car accident and my car got totaled. This car lasted me for years and was previously from Lund’s Volkswagen as well. About a month ago, I was in a bad car accident and my car got totaled. This car lasted me for years and was previously from Lund’s Volkswagen as well. We came in Friday to buy something that would be durable, safe and worth every dollar spent. The car that got totaled was a 2010 Kia Forte! We worked with Wayne, who has been taking care of us through four of our cars now. He is so understanding and efficient in everything he does. During our time there Friday, he took care of me through the stress of it all and allowed me to know that I was making the right choice buying from him. We ended up purchasing a 2015 Volkswagen Jetta S, although it was higher than my price range, I don’t regret spending one penny of it. When Wayne knew I was stressed he made sure to do everything he can to make sure I would be happy in the end. Every customer deserves to work with Wayne, he truly has the biggest heart and you will walk out of Lund’s with a new car but also a great friendship with this guy. He deserves all the praise in the world for what he does for the company. Thanks Wayne!! My 2015 Volkswagen Jetta S is a dream to drive!!! More

Not friendly I've been coming here for years and Chris had been there nearly every time. She advised me of her schedule and also contacts at the dealership if she was not there. What separated her from other reps. at other dealers was she spoke highly of the dealership she worked for. She was confident that the buying experience we be second to none and she was right. I arrived and was introduced to Nelson. Nelson was equally as friendly and knowledgable of the VW product When it came to price, it was what was listed in the window plus TTL and the doc. fee. There were no added dealer costs to inflate the costs like I found at other desle ships. The finance dept. was fast, friendly and informative, meaning they educated me on the warranty packages available but absent were the high pressure doom and gloom sales tactics. To sum it up its what car buying should be and then some More
